Brief introduction of PCZ series heavy-duty hammer crusher

PCZ series heavy-duty Hammer crusher is used for crush the brittle materials of medium hardness. The materials are crushed by its collisions with high-speed hammers. Working principle of heavy-duty hammer crusher:

The motor drives the rotor of the hammer Crusher to rotate at a high speed. On the rotor there are series hammers. When the materials get into the working area of hammers, they are crushed by the rotating hammers of high rotation speed. The materials which are crushed to meet the requirement will be discharged from the discharge opening as final products, the large size materials will be brought back to the crushed area by the hammers for repeated crushing till they are crushed into the required size.
